This year, Los Smokies, a mixed-up team of husbands (@palmiapitmasters) and wives (@smokinhotpanama) brought their A-game and came home with a first-place ribbon for brisket and ribs, as well as third place in the Boston Butt category. What is their secret? The team attributes their success to a combination of Harry’s products and teaching, as well as continuous practice.
