Slap Juice Coleslaw
I didn’t have any Ranch dressing in the fridge when I was trying to make a dip for some fried zucchini, so I took some mayonnaise and mixed it with other handy ingredients to create a concoction that I called Slap Juice. After family and friends told me they liked it since it works on pretty much anything, I coined the name Slap Juice. It’s great on coleslaw and makes a good dip because it’s pretty neutral and lets the flavor of your main ingredient come through. Add a bit of cayenne or Louisiana hot sauce if you like it spicy.

Awesome Slaw. I’ve been experimenting with different slaws. this one is one I’m going to use more often. Thanks Harry
Thanks Richard for stopping by. I also like an German mustard version and an Indonesian peanut dressing version for slaw. When I have an opportunity, I’ll post these variations.
